Initial Consultations Big City Pet Pals requires an initial consultation with our new clients. Prior to our first scheduled visit, we will come to your home to meet your pet, gather the required information necessary for providing expert care for your four-legged loved ones and to collect a second set of keys for access to your residence. This initial consultation is provided at no cost to you. Reservation/Cancellation Polices Big City Pet Pals asks for a 48-hour notice for bookings Monday – Friday. For weekend and holiday visits, reservations should be made by 5:00 p.m. on the previous Wednesday. But we know that things happen and unexpected events pop up!! In this event, give us a call and we will accommodate you if at all possible.

All cancellations must be made by 9:00 a.m. of the day of the scheduled service.If the cancellation is made after this time, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled service. Payment Options Payments are due within five (5) business days of the scheduled service. All clients on a pre-approved, long term schedule will be billed on the 1st of each month and payments are due by the 15th day of that month. Big City Pet Pals accepts payments by credit card, cash, check or money order. A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for payments received 15 days past the due date. All returned checks will be assessed an additional fee of $25.00.
